Follow these simple instructions below to use your collection kit.
Collect cheek swab.

Do not smoke, eat, drink (except water), brush your teeth or chew gum for one hour before the sample is taken.
To open the swab easily, hold the tube with one hand and, with your thumb, push the top of the cap above the label.
Holding the device by its cap, take the cap off and place the tube upright on a clean surface.
Holding the device by its cap, place the swab inside your month, on your tongue. Close your mouths and keep the swab in position for ten seconds in order to wet the swab with saliva.
Move the swab up and down firmly along the inside of your cheek ten times.
Repeat previous step on the opposite side of the mouth.
Insert the cap with the swab inside the test tube and push firmly until you hear a click.
Post sample back to Genomic Diagnostics within 3 days of collection.
